Mel's Express Here is a classic picture of a Mel's Express mid sixties Canadian Kenworth cabover. Mel's specialized in the hauling of perishable food products in and out of southern Ontario. Based out of Toronto and Bradford these broker units in pale green and white always had the unit numbers painted in a maple leaf on the front and sides. Mel's merged with Durham Transport and ran into the eighties but they dropped the Mel's name. Now Durham just runs some milk trucks out of Colbourne Ont. |
